Prepare yourself for the next school year with experienced Eagle Academy for Young Men educators and practitioners sharing research- and evidence-based practices from Eagle’s six (6) schools and over 30 years’ experience from David Banks, EAF President/CEO and author of Soar: How Boys Learn, Succeed, and Develop Character.

Eagle’s three-day Summer Institute will emphasize practical strategies and proven practices for effectively engaging male students of color to realize their full potential. Highly-interactive, activity-based workshops form part of a comprehensive curriculum and a multi-faceted facilitation approach to adult learning. This empowering experience will enable school solutions teams with practical strategies, tools and an action plan for building school capacity to create positive climates of excellence and high expectations that prepare, motivate, and inspire young men of color.

This exclusive opportunity is open for participation by a limited number of School Solutions Teams (each team consists of 5 key influencers per school including mandatory Principal attendance.) Join us and gain tools to reflect and develop an action plan for unleashing a learning environment and school culture where boys thrive.

• Click on the green "Register" button to reserve tickets for your team members to attend the Summer 2018 PDI.
• At the next screen, click on the "Create Group" link. You will be prompted to create a "Group Name" for your School Solutions Team (or multiple School Solutions Teams depending on the ticketing option selected.)
• Then proceed to the reservation order form to enter the names of your team members.

After completing the Eventbrite order form, please contact Project Manager, Nancy Calzada, at ncalzada@eafny.org to:

1. confirm your group ticket reservation and
2. receive instructions on the final step of the registration process.

Note: Submitting the Eventbrite reservation order alone will not finalize your registration.
